In my practice, I have been using crystals and stones to support clients in their home care practices, either to clear up any energy blockages or to support the body’s healing. The stones work as a tool to help heal the etheric and auric bodies (energy fields).
Energy testing is a way to determine which stone or crystal a client or home/space requires. This individualized approach ensures optimal results.
Crystals and stones fall into 2 categories. One type absorbs unwanted energy from the body, and the second type radiates energy to support the body.
- Energy-absorbing crystals/stones:
- Black Tourmaline stone: negative energy and serenity
- Shaman stones: grounding and protecting
- Natural Citrine: manifestation, stone of abundance
- Pyrite: radiation absorption
- Selenite: Cleans all stones, recharges them
- Green Aventurine: shield against EMF/radiation
- Energy-radiating crystals/stones:
- Healerite: opens “Chi energy” in blocked areas, heals
- Cryolite: a deep connection to higher realms, light body awakening
- Hollandite: visionary, bring light into your being
- Red-capped Supper 7: Melody stone, Ascension stone, psychic and spiritual awareness
- Jade: opens the heart
- Tigers Eye: promotes vitality, personal power, and emotional blocks
- Amethyst: purification and connection to spiritual and divine beings
- Peace stone (no proper name): be in the presence of divinity, peace
- Isua: Greenland, between 3.7 & 3.8 billion years old, grounding
- Nazca quartz crystal: Peru Nazca lines, vision, clarity, ascertain who we really are
